In order to claim your prize, please bring your ticket stub and one form of identification to the accounting firm of McDonough, Eddy, Parsons, & Baylous, between the hours of  9 a.m. &        4 p.m. beginning TUESDAY, AUGUST 21, 2007.  As stated on the tickets, you will have 30 days to claim your prize.  When you come to the office to claim your prize, you will also be asked to complete the necessary tax form required by the Internal Revenue Service.

Meter parking is available in front of the office on Market Street and there are a limited number of free parking places in the lot behind the office, off fourth street - handicap entrance is off Market Street.  An elevator is located just inside the Market street entrance.
